All products are in conformity with the manufacturer's general standards. However all warranties & conditions, statutory or otherwise, as to quality or fitness for any purpose are hereby expressly excluded.

The liability of the manufacturer under this contract for any claim whatsoever shall not, in any case, exceed the contract price of the goods and liability for any form of consequence or resulting loss or damage is hereby excluded.

Customers must ascertain suitability of material for their requirements. NO CLAIMS ACCEPTED MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED .

All goods supplied remain the property of Multi-Art Printing Pty. Ltd. until full settlement has been effected and all cheques cleared.
